EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

Full-time employees eligible for most benefits after 90 days of employment

• Fair Hourly Wages – Based on your abilities and productivity
• Health Insurance – Custom Aire pays 70-100% of single premium based on years of service
• Dental Insurance – Custom Aire pays pays 70-100% of single premium based on years of service
• Short-Term Disability – Up to $200 per week
• Term Life Insurance - $25,000 employee, $5,000 spouse, $2,500 children
• Flex Benefit Program – dependent care spending, medical spending and premium conversion
• 401-K/Profit Sharing Plan – (After 1 year of employment) Custom Aire contributes 50% of employee contribution up to 5%. Profit sharing contribution is discretionary.
• Paid Vacation – Vacation accruals begin after 90 days of employment at a rate of 6 days per year. Accrual rate increases to 9 days per year after 2 years of employment and 12 days after 5 years of employment.
• Paid Vacation - Basic 6 public holidays
• Funeral Leave - One day paid for immediate family
• Company Vehicle – for employees on call

• Bonus Programs – paid monthly to techs based on job performance
• Cell Phone – Custom Aire pays approximately 60% of monthly bill for business use
• Uniforms/Jackets – Supplied at 50% cost to employees (currently $4.00 per week for techs)
• Continuing Education – Apprentice programs, NATE Certification, education programs for license renewals, administration and management courses.
• Safety Training – Custom Aire is committed to provide a safe work place for all employees.
• Out-of-Town Job Assistance – daily per diem, paid hotel, company vehicle for transportaton or mileage allowance (based on individual projects)
