Full-time employees eligible for most benefits after 90 days of
employment
- Fair Hourly Wages – Based on your abilities and productivity
- Health Insurance – Custom Aire pays 70-100% of single premium based on years of service
- Dental Insurance – Custom Aire pays pays 70-100% of single premium based on years of service

Plan – (After 1 year of employment)
Custom Aire contributes 50% of employee contribution up to
5%. Profit sharing contribution is discretionary.

Vacation – Vacation accruals begin after 90 days of
employment at a rate of 6 days per year. Accrual rate increases
to 9 days per year after 2 years of employment and 12 days
after 5 years of employment.

- Safety Training – Custom Aire is
committed to provide a safe work place for all employees.
- Out-of-Town Job Assistance – daily per diem, paid hotel,
company vehicle for transportaton or mileage allowance (based
on individual projects)
